DESCRIPTION- Jodhpuri Ladoo is a local Rajasthani sweet that is packed with a delicious taste and firmly linked with the local culturally traditional recipe of Jodhpur. These ladoos are different from the normal ones because they are made with gram flour also known as besan, ghee with a good amount of dry fruits and spices. Jodhpuri Ladoos are prepared for festivals, marriages, and any other functions or ceremonies.

1. Texture and Appearance: Jodhpuri Ladoos have a soft but slightly gritty feel because of roasted gram flour to it due to the texture of the roasted gram flour. It has a silver/golden color and the sweet smell of ghee and roasted besan makes it smell nutty.
2. Flavor Profile: These ladoos are famous for their layered flavor from buttery ghee, slight crunchiness of roasted gram flour, and sweet syrup. Dry fruits not only give the right crunchy feel but enhance the overall flavors of the food.
